Justin Nunzio

Senior Trial Attorney

Justin Nunzio is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience in civil litigation. He has successfully handled over 100 jury trials and more than 50 arbitrations in complex matters across Washington DC and Maryland. As our senior trial attorney for personal injury cases, he works tirelessly to secure full compensation for clients who were injured through no fault of their own.

Throughout his career, Justin has represented clients in a wide range of cases, including car and truck accidents, premises liability, and serious criminal charges such as murder, assault, and drug offenses. He has also defended clients in civil protection order proceedings and served as a private arbitrator in more than 25 cases.

Justin has appeared extensively before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Maryland District and Circuit Courts, and the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission. His legal experience includes leadership roles at prominent law firms, where he managed a workers’ compensation division and contributed to environmental law cases early in his practice.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement from the University of Maryland.
